Most common mods are ported throttlebody, CAI, and exhaust mods (hi flow cats and axle backs and cat backs). The trifecta to seems to be pretty popular for our LFX as well. I've been looking at it for the past couple months now but I haven't decided if it's worth it or not. If any of you have it, check out my mods below and let me know what my expected gains would be and how the decreasing of torque management performs, etc.

I have a 2013 LFX and I went with the ported throttle body - it is a stock part to start off with and I figure the dealer would not notice - and a Volant CAI because you can keep the stock wiper fluid spout and it blends in to the engine compartment and an Elite catch can. My other mods are for looks (spoiler, gill stripes and center gauges and a hurst shifter ), remember you bought a 6 cyl - if you wanted to go fast you should have bought an 8 cyl. Either way you have a very cool looking car to cruz around in - and that's what is important.

I got the corsa exhaust. Sounds incredible. Just got my Roto fab cai and waiting on tb. Is catch can an important upgrade? If so, which one is best?

Negative, but you should definitely check in with the LF3 thread in the Forced Induction V6 sub, you may like some of what you see.

Vmax is great, CAI inductions is the way to go and HP tuners will release soon, or go with IPF...

V6 2LS
Not sure about doing anything as the 2LS HAS THE 2.92 rear end. Better for gas mileage but makes it slower. What do you think seems like it will cot about 1000 for the cai ported throttle body and IPF tune. Not sure if it's worth it. I was looking at Volant Cold Air Intake for the v6. Might be the way to go at this point.

Actually, in theory, if you get your power up (like, twin turbo, perhaps) with the 2.92 rear end you'd be trapping in 3rd for quite a while...
