Passenger Seat Won't Adjust

All of a sudden im not able to adjust my passenger seat(manual), its stuck all the way back.... i've looked on the track and it doesn't appear to be anything blocking it. The lever appears to move under the seat. Has anyone ran into this issue before?? Thanks

Since it's manual like mine I would check again. I can't put anything on my right front floor without it ending up under the seat.
