I had trouble reading your post since most of it wasn't english. Did you say you did not put the rear O2 sensors back in, or just the extensions? My guess would be you have a cat inefficiency code. You may need to give people more than an hour to respond. I know your freaking out right now.

I will also give the standard response to most of these issues. "Double check the wires and connections."

Are you still using all four O2 sensors? If not, you're going to need to tune out the ones not in use.

tune it and say good bye warranty coverage...unless GM service center can reset the code? haven't come across them doing that yet...

If he's only using two sensors, they're not going to warrant it anyway. Losing the powertrain warranty is not the end of the world. It just depends on what he's trying to accomplish.

He can reset the code with any hand-held tuner or OBDII, but if he's only using two sensors, it's just going to come back on again.

Did you happen to use any silicone when you were mating the pipes? That'll kill your O2 sensors.

What code are you throwing?

At this point, you really need to find out what code your throwing. Some anti-seize compounds are silicone-based, and that stuff will definitely kill an O2 sensor when it burns. If you don't have an OBDII or hand-held tuner, take it to Autozone or Advance. They'll scan it for free.

If it turns out your code is for one or more of the sensors, I would replace them with Denso sensors. They claim they're silicone proof, and I've always had good luck with them in the past. They're not cheap, though.
