Good Parking Spot?

We lost our garage when we relocated to our new office. The new management did build covered parking for us. Not bad, not as nice as a completely covered garage but at least its not out in the Texas sun all day.

You guys lucky enough to have covered parking in your part of the woods?

This is where I park at work! If I see a big storm coming, I head to the back and park in the garage.

Thanks DFWZ28, my first car was a yellow 69 Malibu. Now I work in a yellow building and got a car to match!

And you take up TWO prime parking spaces?

That would get your car keyed or door dinged out of spite around here...

This my "work" (and home) parking spot - built it myself. I'm happily retired and my Camaro is safe and sound.

Funny. Yeah - I've even had them at other places I've lived - imagine that! I hear they make them in blacktop as well.

Problem is, I have large trees lining the driveway leading up to the garage and (although you can't see them in the photo) roots are a problem - mostly on the lower part of the driveway. Until I figure out a reasonably economical way to deal with that issue... grass and dirt will have to do.

Thanks for your concern though.

Oh - and here's a picture of it after our (one) snow storm this past winter. And no, the dirt driveway doesn't cause problems with my snow-blower. Oh, wait...
