Possible new NEWS 2 week shutdown - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

And no my dealer in NOT an idiot, he was told today that the CAW will take a 2 week break not a one week break like we all thought. Anyone in the "know" confirm this?

It has been reported numerous times by "people in the know" that shutdown is July 6th, reopen July 13th = one week.

It was orginally scheduled for a two week shutdown but that changed weeks ago, maybe your dealer just didn't have the updated info.

I can neither confirm or deny this, cause I'm not in the know.....

Ya, it was one week until TODAY, It's looks like 2 weeks now. Union hall meeting I guess.

it could be everybody but the oshawa plant, or just certain lines. I know they are shutting down the truck lines and other things.
