I wouldn't waste any money on a warranty voiding tune, or any other nonsense that supposedly will turn it into something different. You are still stuck with an automatic. It could lower your resale even more.

I would first go back to the dealer you bought it from, and see if you couldn't work out some sort of trade. You'll lose some money, but you might come out with a sweet deal. You can also call around and see if a dealer has a leftover 2012 MT.
