Little too far for me. ECR and motorsports ranch down in Ft Worth are only a couple hrs away and I will run them.

I am just a little concerned with oil temps. I have added a custom Earls wide 16 row oil cooler to the HKE 427. That has helped keep the oil temps on my aftermarket full sweep oil temp gauge down to 225 max driving around town and beating lightly on the car. This is with ambient temps above 105.

I have a feeling that on a road course in 100deg heat i will see 270-300 deg temps within a few laps. I am running Amsoil Dominator 15W50 and know this oil can take it for a track day. Just dont want to push it

I just need to get the car down to ECR and see what the temps really do. I could always run a few laps all out then back off the boost and rpms for a few laps etc.

Do these CTS-V Calipers bolt right on to a new 2014 LT2/RS? WHat size Rotors do they use and what brand Rotors will work?

Is it much better to go this way VS the SS Take offs?

I would love to see photos on a Camaro.

Depends on the wheels you'll be using. Not 100% sure but I think you'll need 19's at a minimum. CTSV rotors are 14.4" and I think the only rotors available are stock CTSV, ZL1 or racing brake.

I would be running 20" wheels. Do they look that much bigger and better then the SS Brembos?

Stock rotors are 14.6", not 14.4"

I've seen references to people running 18's with the stock Brembos.

Yes, but they need the right offsets or the spokes will hit the calipers.

One reads ZL1 and the other CTS-V

AC Delco does not make the calipers...Factory parts for GM vehicles are consolidated under the AC Delco brand.

Stock calipers and ACDelco calipers are one in the same.
ZL1 and CTSV are the same components with different paint and logo
The take on the red CTSV caliper is higher than expected...excess Silver and yellow calipers
Dealer cost is higher than the Amazon prices, but they are the same part.

Best bet is to go and get a used set off of eBay and then send them to Mike the powder coater. They'll come back G2G and pretty as hell.
