I purchased the zl1addons.com Z28 style wickerbill and I love the way it looks on my summit white 2014 ss/1le. it was really easy to install too!

What is the best way to increase the downforce in the front, to balance out the additional downforce created by the wicker bill?

Ya the Wicker creates additional Downforce on the Rear End but doesn't over power the front unless you go extreme on the height of the Wicker. But for Road Course Tracking you don't want much more than a 1-1/2" beyond the edge of the Spoiler. One way to offset the additional downforce is to add a Splitter at the front. This will balance the car and also create more grip at the front tire. But all and all there's a few choices you can go with but it real depends on where you want to go with it.
