Ways for a 16 year old to make money?

I am wondering how you guys would suggest a 16 year old, such as myself, could make approx. $2000 dollars in the next six months?

Suggestions that you guys did when you were younger and such are welcomed

Background info:
I will be getting a part time job after the first three months(that's when soccer goes into off-season). I do and always have had a strong drive when it comes to certain incentives, such as money Doing stuff for my parents is not an option because they are not willing to pay me for chores and stuff along those lines, and rightfully so in my eyes. In the first three months, my time is rather limited but your suggestions are still welcomed.

Thanks for your Feedback!

Do something where you can get tips. That way, if you are good you can get extra cash. Waiting tables, caddy, etc.

well just working around school and not really working full time it's hard to tell you exactly what I'm making...but even working part time I would easily make 2000 in six months....really probably about 4 months or so...but I've been cut from my job for Jan and Feb.

Golf course is a really good idea. Depending on where you live I can suggest a couple courses that will probably hire you. Also lawn care is always a big one. Yes its "winter" but here people water there lawns year round and there is always weeds to be picked in peoples yards. And you will be very surprised at the number of people who will hire you because your a young person trying to be productive.
