The deposit on the 1LE should be refundable. My dealer made it clear that there was no commitment to buy the car.

I was told the same... But I will go down there tomorrow to try and collect rather then wait..

I bought my black 1LE from Fremont Chevrolet, and luckily it was in stock. I didn't get any weird vibes from them, but then again I'm in sales myself so I don't take any BS from other salesmen.

Sorry for the delayed update.. I payed cash for the deposit so they had to contact Home office or something like that to send a check back..
They Told me it will be in today the 27Th.. So I will updated later today with what happens but I believe they are giving me a full refund.. Thanks..
