Hello guys, any tricks you may know of to install headlight bulbs H13? I bought new bulbs and when I tried to install them both tabs broke off when I tried to turn them. I made sure they were indexed correctly, but MAN is it hard to install them with my monster mitts (large hands)

is there any tricks to get this done without snapping the tabs off? I don't even see how to remove the headlights to install them outside the car...
