Good Camshaft

What is a good camshaft to run for a choppy idle and good power. The transmission is manual.

I'd like to see a comparison on the GT9 versus the aggressive idle cam to see power difference. The AI cam has longer intake duration, shorter exhaust duration and less lift, also a shorter lobe separation angle 115vs121. They charge about 100.00 more for the AI cam. I also know another guy running the LPE GT11, his cars an auto and the idle is not near as choppy. It would be nice if lingenfelter released some test results. I'm sure they've all been tested.
