We’ll start with:

9 ~ 10 – 11:30 – Cars & Coffee, Meet & Greet

And then, I’m open for discussion.

These are all weather permitting. If the last Sunday is cancelled due to weather the meet gets pushed back one week. If it is again cancelled, it is then skipped for that month.

Covered Bridge run is in October I believe !

I believe the Covered Bridge run is already scheduled for October 11 this year and will be broken up into several groups so it is easier to manage. Last year we had around 50 cars or so and hopefully more will make it this year!! Loads of fun every year.....love those old planes at Van Sandt Airfield at the end!!!

I will be reaching out to Bee (George) shortly to confirm the date and post a thread for everyone with all the info. Last year's turnout was huge, and we have discussed a few ways we may handle the expected increase for this year. We will strongly recommend that everyone bring walkie-talkies, and we will most likely split up into smaller groups with a "lead" and a "tail" for each group that will have walkie-talkies on a dedicated channel for that group, separate from the other groups. Keeping 50+ cars together in one group is impossible with the route and roads we take for this tour. If anyone has some suggestions for this year's cruise, please PM me with your thoughts.

I'll be leaving for a weeks vacation this Sunday so I can't make it but I'm looking forward to this years Covered Bridge cruise and helping to fine tune the logistics! The smaller groups will help tremendously to keep everyone together.
