P2128

yesterday i was being curious about the pcm/ecm plugs and unplugged the one with the blue tape. when i got it back in and turned the car on it said reduced power and service stabilitrak. i tried disconnecting the battery, replugging in the cord, clearing the code, reloading my tune and making sure everything else around it was plugged in and nothing helped. i saw that P2128 was throttle position so i checked my throttle body and it is not 100% vertical. the top faces you and the bottom faces the manifold like this \ from a side view. im not sure if that has anything to do with it but i also disconnected the gas pedal and im not sure where to start on it if it needs fixed. i had no problems prior to pulling the plug with the blue tape on the ecm. Any advice is appreciated
