Is this a good price for a '10 2SS/RS?

The car is fully loaded. 30,000 miles. Automatic. Black on black.

Seller wants $20,000. Is this a good deal? The car does have the AC belt noise which seems to be common. Should I go for it?

Ask the seller if you can take it to a mechanic and have it checked out, that is roughly the trade in price.

If I were to sell my near perfect low mileage loaded '10 auto SS, $20,000 is what
I would be happy to get selling it private or to a dealer. If it's like mine I would go
for it. Any old damage at all or wear & tear try for a lower price.. Lots of them out
there for sale now.

Thank you all. The seller originally wanted $25,000, but I offered him $20,000 in person and told him to get back to me if he changes his mind, which he did. I'm quite familiar with GM's engines as my Escalade and Stingray both have the same 6.2 and nothing seemed out of the ordinary except for the belt noise.

Why not insist the seller fix the belt noise first before you buy it? It could be
something else, water pump, etc.

That is decent. In August I bought a 2010 2SS/RS Automatic from a BMW dealership. It had 28,500 miles and it was $23,480. So take out the dealer premium and you are in the ball park.
