worked the legs hard yesterday! Been having a issue with my knee, so i have been taking it a little easier. But it seems to be feeling alot better. I have to get past my PR. Tonight is Bi's and Tri's

That's all you can do, work through them. Sometimes when injuries act up I find alternate lifts that target the same muscles but in a different way, this will allow some recoop time. The way I look at it is if it doesn't hurt I'm not doing it right. lol

Sometimes it ends up being beneficial. I used to do squats and deadlifts in the same workout, because of an old ankle injury I was stagnent for a while and not adding weight not to mention pain. I then switched the deads for Romanian Deadlifts and my squats improved and the ankle pain was reduced. I usually don't do deadlifts with heavy weight anymore. It used to bug me not doing them but it's only in my head. lol.

I'm familiar with Matt Hotch as well, both of them,although their names are on the bikes have much of their work done by others. I would be glad to put my work up against any of them.
