The accord, altima, legacy, and camry are turds, and the sonata is absolutely hideous!
Plus all of the above are foreign!!

Came down to a common-sense choice of Malibu or Fusion, and I wear a bowtie.

Well, in the past few minutes (I was watching out of curiosity) it earned 20 or so more votes, and the sonata recieved...3 or something real low like that.

I think the voting is just to see what people prefer. The video at the bottom says that the camry wins.

Well, I voted Malibu, especially as there is one parked in my driveway. The 2010 LTZ the wife drives daily is a great car for the money, and like Dragoneye above me, only the Fusion rates a look IMHO, and I, too, wear a bowtie.

Fact is, and magazines hate this, I'm sure, GM is not only a catching up, but surpassing the competition. Well, my opinion anyway,

Yeah, I really don't care what the magazine has to say about the cars. They aren't in the business to review cars for the readers' benefit. They're there to please the highest bidder and generate some attention....as are ALL media outlets. I just wasn't sure if this voting was for a specific time or something.

I don't even bother with these anymore. The concept is great on paper, but the reality is that these polls do far more to show the tenacity of a particular internet community, and that communities awareness of the poll, than general public opinion toward any car.

For example, look at the current trend of this poll and then take a look at actual sales, they couldn't be less similar. It reminds of the GTO, a car the internet GM community assured Pontiac would sell in droves if only they would import it, as we all know the reality which followed was quite different.

Unfortunate too, since the internet really could be a great way to convey real information to our favored companies.
