Yea they are expensive
Yea they are , I was considering getting 6 piston Brembos for my 1LE ,but the cost stopped me .

That’s a big reason to skip it. Unless one wants to really only focus on road course stuff (like literally not interested in the street or anything), then the Z/28 can’t be beat. I think the ZL1 is a better all-around package for most people, though. In hindsight, I’d go with a ZL1 if I could do it over again, but I also enjoy the street, drag strip, bigger auto cross courses, and road course.
