I agree with the others, pictures would be great of both the black and near chrome version to see how this looks under the hood. I had a CAI installed on my 2011 2SS and was very happy with the design, look of it, want to be sure I will be happy with this for our ZL1 before we wait the time to order it. Thank you for the pictures when you get a chance to post them..

The company says they took a different approach with this than with any of their other CAIs. Interested to learn how it is an innovation over prior units because as you said, it looks about the same.
