I want to upgrade my stock throttle body on my 2022 Camaro 2SS. What are some of the best throttle bodies on the market that do not require a tune?

I believe that all need a tune if I am not mistaken. If you said Cai I would have said Google at your leisure.

Any major changes to intake I believe has to be tuned

The other thing about tb that most people neglect to mention... you can use a 95mm but if your stock manifold is not ported to match you are just pissing away money and will not see any gains or differences from stock.

Check out the Soler TB. No tune required and I've read they have great customer service, so you could try and reach out to them for any questions concerning what your trying to accomplish with an aftermarket TB.

You will need other mods to make this work IMO. The 95 TB should be used in a supercharger setup, like it was intended on the ZR1 with the LT5. I tried it and my tuner hated it, his opinion 103 and nothing else. To make it work u need Roto Fab, intake manifold upgrade, headers, exhaust upgrade and your throttle body. Just adding only one at a time is a mistake. Save your money and buy in one swoop, your tuner will thank you. Port your manifold to accept the 103 or whatever size u get. Besides getting the correct mods your tuner choice is very important, get the best in your area.
