Those type of excuses are getting a bit old at this point.

It only took 17 days to build, now it hasn't moved an inch in 21 days.
I understand the frustration. My Vert was built on 3-24 and has been released from the plant and apparently has been sitting in a lot in Oshawa ever since with no clear explanation.
I was told that they were considering my car a top priority and that it would be loaded onto a train by the end of this week.
Nothing has happened yet, and I finally got fed up.
I sent my dealer an E-Mail and told them that unless I get proff that the car has been loaded onto a train/truck by next Friday the 29th, they should get a refund check for my $30K deposit ready as I would be terminating the order.
All I hear from the dealer is that it's out of their control.
I don't care if it is or it isn't. All I can see from my end is that I have no car and no anticipated date of delivery
The entire chain of commant from the salesman to the sales manager, to the dealer, to the distric manager, etc, etc all the way up to whomever, needs to know that continued delays after being told it would be loaded by the end of this week, may ultimatly end up in terminated sales.
yes I understand that Murphy says that the day after I terminate my order, it'll show up, and that's something I'll have to deal with.
Yes I really want my Vert, but I'm not going to put up with this crap forever.

Stepping down from my soap box now........
next.

I hear ya brother....... Sad to say, they don't make soap boxes out of wood anymore, cause the cardboard ones keep collapsing and one can not stay on the soap box for very long without falling off.

Today makes 4 weeks since mine has been built, and sitting in an Oshawa lot. Frustrating.

You are not alone, brother. Sorry you are in the same boat. Hopefully, they will get our cars moving again soon. I'm doing everything I can to try and get some results.

I'm sick and tired of waiting for SOMETHING to happen with my Vert that has been sitting in the same lot since 3-24.
I talked with my Dealer's VP today, and he understands. He also mentioned that in his opinion, if the car has been sitting in the same spot for that long now, the odds of something changing in the next few days is remote.
He's already agreed to cut me a refund check for my deposit any time I want it.
I was going to wait until Friday to decide, but I just found a similar Vert sitting in a local showroom. I'm stopping by after work today to check it out. It doesn't have all the options I ordered, but it has the important one. The others we can add afterwards.

I wish they would understand that you just want your f-ing car... yeah, obviously a refund if you don't get it, but...

In my opinion, they should be finding a dealer, any dealer, that ordered the exact same options and do a dealer trade to get it and give it to you. I suggested that to my dealer, but I don't think it'll happen. They have been telling me it's on a train since the beginning of April. Truth is - they don't have a clue.

After 4 weeks since build and several calls to GM, it looks like my car is finally on a truck... somewhere. Should be delivered today or tomorrow to dealership. I'm not jumping up and down yet.
