Interesting observation yesterday on way home
There is a Dodge dealer 1 block away from a Chevy dealer and usually the Dodge dealer has several Challengers near the road for sale, but yesterday they had a black Challenger and a black 2010 Camaro sitting their. Wonder if there was thought put into it as to say "See people buy camaros then trade them in for Challengers". I will say if the Camaro never came to life i would have bought a challenger as i always liked their body style. Curious to what they are asking for the camaro..if it were ABM i would have stopped and asked.

I agree, love the styling of the Challenger. However, the interior leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion but a car I would gladly own and be proud of if the Camaro had not been produced. I would never have considered a Mustang myself, just do not like the new sheetmetal for 10' at all. I thought it was better looking before the restyle.

My 1st choice was a Heritage Edition Challenger. However, when I couldn't get any information on order dates, availability, etc., I just bailed out. Looking back, the Challenger is a 2-door Charger with different sheet metal. It looks good; but, is still a Charger. I have a Avenger in the garage next to my Camaro and often wonder what would have happened if Chrysler had used the lighter Avenger chassis, upgraded the drivetrain and hung the Challenger body on it. I think that might have been a real winner for them...and about $10k less on the sticker. As to the Mustang...I'll just keep my '67 that's been restored and paid for for a long time.
