Leave them alone, it's to protect the car from rock chips.

I have that on mine too, but I left it on. It almost looks as though it's there to protect the paint?

i peeled them off. i have a white maro and so the sticker started to look yellowish and gross. you dont have to keep it, its not like body armor for the paint, its to protect it while they ship the cars around

Sorry, but that is not correct. They are meant to be permanent and they are to protect from rock chips. They are strategically placed.

I peeled mine off as well. When I took them off they were getting a yellowish hue to them as well. PS THEY DONT PROTECT MUCH. Plus wax would get in between the paint and that edge and create a thin little line of wax that was very irritating..
