Idk but I get excited every time I see a 5th gen, If they are at a gas station I always talk to them and wonder if they will give me a friendly run. I also tell them about the Camaro events that I know about coming up. Its good that our community is growing, never happened with any other gen Camaro

There are many, many more people who don't have them than there are who do. Just saying!

I don't really care how many I see in town, just as long as I'm the first to own one at my work. I would be quite upset about that lol. I'm still about two months away to buying.

As hard to believe as it may seem to those of us that are die hard Camaro fans, to some this is just another car. They had a hard time choosing between the Camaro and some other car. They have no clue about the heritage of the car or about the many Camaro families that exist, C5 just being one of them. They will inevitably trade it or sell in a few years the same way a Honda Civic owner would sell or trade their car. To these people, it is just a car.
With somewhere between 80K and 100K units rolling on to the roads each year, it just a matter of time before you start seeing a whole lot more of them in your day to day travels. I see them popping up on TV commercials more and more as well. There is a new Lowes commercial here in Canada that start with a bunch of different cars rolling into their parking lot and yes you guess it, one of those vehicles is a 5th Gen. We all new that they wouldn't be unique for ever, but that doesn't bother me. "This is my Camaro, there are many others like it, but this one is mine."

There were some but not alot out where I am but it seems that while I was at Camaro5 fest the volume of camaros in my area exploded. They are everrrrrrrrrywhere! Its alright though because I would rather see lots of them on the street than mustangs.

Well if you live in Texas you see a lot of them. I think in my small town (less than 100K people) there are I think 3-4 Orange Camaros including mine. Doesn't bother me though it's a great car and color!

Of the local C5 guys (7 or 8) I hang around with, half of them are IOM I am OK with that because everyone has made them their own and they are all different in one way or another whether it is stripes or other cosmetic modifications.

I like seeing more camaros on the road. Plus really I think these threads however make new comers to our forum feel kind of unwelcome.

lucky to see maybe one a day. But I look to see if any mods have been done to make it to unique. Mustangs, dime a dozen. I see more 2010(or newer) mustangs than I do Camaros; guess the weather is still pretty crappy, too.
