Anyone running 19" wheels daily? Or how about z06 or grand sport wheels?
Im looking around for wheel options cuz I want a wider wheel. I also thinking about a 19" but seems like everybody had the z28 or the zl1 style wheels. Not too many other options available? How about the Z06 or c6 or grand sport wheels? Pix please thanks

I am running 19" Forgeline on my DD. I guess you could call it that. I drive it when I'm home.

Corvette wheels will not work as the offset is very different. The wheels are too wide and will hit suspension components. The bolt patter is also a hair different. Close enough that they Can be bolted on, but not the exact same. This is the diff between American eng car and one eng at Holden (inches vs mm).

Really seems like you should check out deviate and Tony aka nineball. He has a heinous amount of information off offsets and fitment. 2 diff wheel sets he got me when I just told him what tire I was gonna put on them. Point of story is that I don't know shit about wheels aside from I want light and strong. Forgestars ordered through Tony

This is the only good pic I have. Haven't taken any daylight pics yet. As stated Forgeline GA3R 19x11 front and 19x11.5 rear. RE11 tires 305/30/19 on all four corners. No rubbing. I am lowered 1.5 inches with Pedders coil overs and CTVS brake upgrade. Oh and they come in many colors so you don't have to do black.
As Dropspeed said many people running 19's |
