Might be doing something similar with a Vortec soon. Good idea or bad idea?

I don't know if any of the Vortec head units can make the power like the F series Procharger units....even the F series blows away the D1 units.

I'm not really interested in going above 650 rwhp so I'll be fine. Just interested to see how the blower behaves with the G6X3 since I already have that cam. I know a centrifugal should match the powerband pretty well though

Walk in the park if that is all you want to make with it.

Most of the time a blower will really calm the car down, as far as how it drives.

YSI is comparable to the various F1s and the 2200 or JT trim is comparable to the F1A.

Good to know. Most of the blowers we use are Procharger kits, we do offer some of the Corvette kit's from A&A which use a Vortec head unit. Everything else is a screw or roots blower.

Anthony, my car is a normal cast Ysi.

They also have a new billet one that should support 1300rwhp. Cast Ysi is good for ~1100-1150rwhp.

They also have the XB110 blowers that are 1500+hp blowers.

Coilovers.......

I just read through all 3 pages of this awesome build. Did I miss the dyno sheet with numbers? I didn't see it.

No....when we switched to the new site, they screwed up the gallery and all of the links are broken.

You can see it in the video here though:
