Yeah 34k probably wont happen, even with some mods.
I plan to spend 34k on a new 2012 ss that I am ordering, judging from how much people paid for their cars on this forum, some people got a 2SS for 31k

Yeah big hits in the first 1-2 years. Paid 30,800 for my fully loaded 2010 2LTRS/AUTO and sunroof. Traded in and got 24915 for it and they gave me that much because of the appearance mods, Hotchkis suspension and all my signatures on it. The new one was 37500 after 2000 off and is fully loaded 2SSRS M6 with stripes and sunroof. A new 1SS is around 34000-35000 depending whats on it. New ones arent sheap even now.

I traded my 2ss in last month,it had all options minus the sunroof. I had about 7800 miles on it and I got $27.5 plus $1800 in tax savings.

Like others are saying, the dealership is going to offer you the same whether it is ABM or Black... if you sell it privately, in addition to the fact you can naturally get more for it, you will also be able to find a buyer who wants the 'rare' ABM and will pay a little more for it over say a Black one they can find anywhere.
