Yesterday I was talking to our two new event coordinators and since there has been nothing planned yesterday we decided to meet up this Sunday at Dos Hermanos, 10AM. Short notice but the weather should be good. And it is early enough that it doesn't interfere with playoffs.

Everbody is welcome to come by and hang out. It should be a good 1st of the year meet.

And just in case anybody missed the CCNM meeting last week we have some newly appointed officers...

President: Ed Eubanks
Vice President: Lawrence Vargas
Secretary: Tanya Crespin
Treasurer: Julie Rael
Event Coordinators : Kalvin Goatcher and Mike Boerner (chefmichael32)
Sergeant at Arms: Demetrious Fuller and Ron Houvener
Road Captains: Allen Steward and Doug Pitel

Thank you to Lorenzo Garcia and all the rest of our 2013 officers for all their hard work.

Thank you to all our members for their support and dedication. We are going into our 4th year as a club let's aim high and make this year the best one yet.

Guess I can clean up Black betty and take her for a cruise. Also A cat back on a Chally really wakes them up and sounds good

Hey there guys! First off I would like to say that it was awesome to see all of you that made trek down to Las Cruces this past weekend and that I can't wait to have another get together with you all again soon becuase with the CCNM cats... it's always a party! In case you guys haven't seen yet, I collected a bunch of photos tat were taken by people who were able to join the Camaro Cruise & Luncheon and made a chronological slideshow in a way of the gathering in the photos forum/ Here's the link:

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...61#post7375461

Now in regards to future gatherings, Camaro5Fest V is fast approaching and myself and Lawrence were talking whether or not some of you guys will be able to attend this year. We figured that this may be the last opportunity to attend the fest in regards to proximity and we fully understand the commute that you cats would have to do to get to Baytown,TX. So we were discussing over a few beers after the gathering on setting up a hotel in Cruces that way you guys can get a full nights rest and do the full drive on Thursday along with the 6 cars of us going. We thought that if you guys left at let say, 6PM from the ABQ, you'd get here at around 9/9:30pm, relax, and we could all caravan south all day Thursday for the 9/10 hour drive. It would be a lot less driving than a 13/14 hour straight through on that Thursday. We started a thread in the Camaro5Fest V discussion forum and had a few folks from other parts of the Southwest Region that seem interested, so if any of you are head on over there so we can put our minds together and see what we can mold out of this, because we think it would be fun.
