While I do not agree with everything he says in his text, I agree with some points.

GM in fact DID built crappy cars in the 90's which apparently didn't please customers. They came close to bankruptcy in the 90's already (I'm actually reading a book about Camaro right now where it says that the 4th gen almost didn't get built because of struggling GM finances etc). Then they found "the holy grail" in trucks and SUV's in the late 90's.

then all of a sudden, in the mid/late 2000's they realized, ooops... maybe we should start building good cars again, here's a Malibu and a CTS! unfortunately too late because the damage was already done.

First of all, he isn't a part of the media. He is an asshat with a video camera, nothing more. I'd like to see him and rush in a celebrity deathmatch, with the winners prize a gunshot to the face. That would make us the true winners.

Michael Moore is a Communist. That simple. I've seen him talking about how much he hates GM, how terrible they are for laying people off. Hey stupid! When you're losing 2 billion $ a month that's what happens. He believes workers are entitled to a lifetime job, and lifetime healthcare, etc.
We found out , of course, that his whole "Roger and Me" movie was a fabrication. He had two interviews with roger stempel. He and keith olberman should go to Cuba where they'd be happy. They'd be prefect for the propaganda dept.
