Hey guys, can anyone help me out??? :( I've got a LY7 supercharged motor that will run fine till 14psi but I'm wanting to switch to E85 and the pump will shit itself. How can I start figuring out if the Zl1 pump can fit and be made to work?? I'm located in Australia and everything is an absolute rip off here.

You won't have enough fuel, I'm running out of pressure on E70 with 9psi. Hoping the Livernois dual pump will be enough.

For your setup you prob need a return system.

Mines a tiny port injected 3.6l V6 though, I've heard some G8 v6 users using it for nitrous but 12psi + e85 I have no idea. You can't buy these pumps in Oz so it's a big learning curve lol.

Regarding your fuel pressure not being an issue, can you post a quarter mile run log showing the fuel pressure, rpm, and boost to back up your claim?
Thanks, I wasn't aware of them being shipped "blank". I just assumed that they would have been loaded with the required info. That would definitely explain the "no starting" issue. As far as posting a log, no I cannot. I do not have the necessary equipment that would allow me to data log, then extract the info, and paste it here. I also have not run it down the 1/4 mile as of yet, so I can't speak to that either. Hopefully will get a chance to get to the track in the next week or so and see how she does. More to follow...

The factory SS FPCM has hard points set in it that will not allow it to increase pressure. You must use our Programmed FPCM to take advantage of the zl1 pump. Also remember that a ZL1 uses an E-67 ECM and the SS camaro uses an E-38 ECM.

Our part is only $199 (cheap considering what it does)

When you get to the track and log the fuel pressure, you're going to find out that you are not maintaining pressure during sustained WOT operation.

You putting it in a VE SS? No it won't bolt straight in from what i can see.

Contact Martin at Willall Racing in Adelaide (info@willall.com.au) He's done some seriously big HP twin turbo VEs (1000hp+) and really knows his stuff. Definitely one of the best if not the best tuner in Aust. They own and started GenTT and LS1Edit, so I'm sure this is something they have done many times before.

Just ordered mine from ADM I hope this works supercharged with texas speed heads and 80lb injectors currently sure seems to have some hesitation under full load.

as long as you are under 650 on an auto...700 on a stick...I would say it would work. You can bandaid a little above that with a boost a pump but that's really like boosting a booster. Not really the best idea out there.
