010 SS L99, STABILITRAK, NO RPM slow crank.syndrome after restart within 15 mins.

i think i should move this topic to here:

I have the Stabilitrak+no rpm , slow cranksyndrome on my 010 SS.
I have replaced the Battery to a brand new one, I extra grounded the engine from the head to the frame. I added a heat blanket arrou d the starter to prevent heat soak.
And I still experience this BS.

It happens when restart after a short stop such as Gas Stations or just run into the store for 5 min.
If it sits 15+ mins after shutdown = no issue.
The car has a street tune and I have no check eng.light.

Has anybody ever had a real fix?
I am chasing this issue

Next mechanical thing is to replace the starter I guess.

Sounds like heat soak on the starter to me. Do you have headers?

I replaced my 10 year old starter and now I don't have any issues with it, and I don't have a secondary ground either. Good luck. Oh and I just went OEM on the starter. Have had LT's on my Camaro since 2012.

recently the issue was before the tune

Street tune= no Dyno numbers.
Tuner drives it on the street and dials it in AFR, Fuel mapping \, shft points etc.
