They are either not being truthful or just don't have a clue. Lots of folks do this and it will really make your wait intense everytime your car moves 100' to a new lot...

I've officially reached stalker status. I have been tracking the train with Union Pacific, and managed to catch it stopped. Looks like it should be in the railyard later today.
