Rough idle with no codes

Bought a 2013 V6 Camaro a few weeks ago and have noticed that is has a really rough idle, throttle response is fine and runs great above idle, it doesn't set any codes. It feels like a misfire but when I look at the misfire data on my scanner it doesn't show any. I cleaned the throttle body but didn't make any difference.

I was wondering if these cars have a problem with carbon buildup on the intake valves from the direct injection system like many other makes and models have
?
I have googled it and haven't found any fixes.

Has anyone had this problem and did you get a fix for it?

This question Will prob require a little more info. How many miles? Any service records or maintenance performed? Have you checked plugs or wires?

Plugs and coils look fine, it is the V6 so it does not have plug wires but the coil boots look fine with no signs of arching but if that was the case I would be getting misfire counts on the scanner and I am not.

What I would like to know is if these cars have a tendency to run rough due to carbon buildup on the intake valves.

The car has 130,000 miles on it so if a top tier fuel wasn't routinely being used it could possibly have dirty valves causing this issue. Some cars are more sensitive than others when it comes to dirty intake valves.

May try posting in the v6 thread also. Was unaware it didnt use plug wires, but never even looked under the hood on the v6's.

The fuel used won't matter for valve coking as the fuel never touches the valves on those DI engines. That said I'm sure it could use a good walnut blast if it's never had a catch can on it....

Ghost Cam, Trifecta Tune

Turn your Cruise control on/off and see if the rough idle goes away

off is rough idle
on is smooth idle
