New e85 setup and missing mid range

just got my car setup on E85. Thing ran great before and now on E85 it seems like its loading up mod range from 3500-550] rpms. Tuner thinks it needs a set of plugs or may need the wide and tuned anyone have any experience with this?

Brian Tooley Titanium Retainers, GM 3 Bolt Conversion, New GM Oil Pump, Injector Dynamics ID 1050x Injectors, Kooks 1 7/8" Long Tube Headers , Kooks 3" Catted (Hollowed Out), JBA Power Cable Ignition Wires, Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator, Mighty Mouse Oil Catch Can, Edelbrock (Red) Valve Covers
