Please help with steering wheel

Hey guys. I recently purchased a new steering wheel. When I pulled the other off I broke the clock switch housing allowing it to come unwound. I have all the traction lights on at the moment> Replaced clock spring and still all lights are on including power steering and stabilitrack. when I went to have the codes cleared it saying bad angle sensor. I just bought one. Will this fix my issue? im at a lost
