Battery has been flat four years

Due to COVID my 2015 SS

If the battery has been empty 4 years, it will most likely need to be replaced.
Fill tank with new fuel.
Change oil.
Car may run a little poorly.
Windows must be recalibrate.

If it's been dead that long, you might not get it to take a charge, maybe a partial. Just replace it and be done with it, and you won't have any issues.

Replace the battery don't try to charge it, you can create a whole host of problems trying to start the car with a weak battery. As far as the ECU 4 years of sitting won't hurt it at all. Depending on how you left your fuel system expect it to run poorly until you get fresh fuel in it. I would add some Sea Foam or Techron to the old fuel.
