If the battery has been empty 4 years, it will most likely need to be replaced.
Fill tank with new fuel. Change oil. Car may run a little poorly. Windows must be recalibrate. |

If it's been dead that long, you might not get it to take a charge, maybe a partial. Just replace it and be done with it, and you won't have any issues.

What are the chances the ECU is bad?

Replace the battery don't try to charge it, you can create a whole host of problems trying to start the car with a weak battery. As far as the ECU 4 years of sitting won't hurt it at all. Depending on how you left your fuel system expect it to run poorly until you get fresh fuel in it. I would add some Sea Foam or Techron to the old fuel.

Pull the plugs and squirt a little oil in the cylinders
