Her general impressions was that the engine pulled extremely hard above 1700 RPM and kept that power going past 6500 RPM. The shifter was responsive as was the clutch, far more than the Camaro (she drove a M6 SS about three weeks prior). She loved how light the Mustang felt and drove in comparison with the Camaro and my Challenger, and how nimble it was.

Overall she felt that it wasnt as stable as the Camaro/Challenger, but was the more well performing of the trio.


As a note she drives an 05 Saturn Ion with a manual 5 speed.

Not really. They prefer to drive Mustangs, but date guys who drive Camaros

Women preferred the previous generations over the camaro no doubt. Evidence to this is the fact that literally 1 out of 10 cars I see on a daily basis are 99-04 mustang v6 cars. In this area it has to be one of the most common cars around.

But in all honesty it seems that women go crazy over the 5th gen camaro from my experience They usually call it "sexy"

All in all...if you need a car to get women...youve got bigger problems....or should I say smaller LOL.

Why I do think the exterior appearance of the Camaro is more retro and I really do love the looks for me the Mustang is not that far off. Man those are both the best colors that you can get for those cars!

The ride was harsher due to the live rear end, but was by far the most nimble and quick of three, but felt less planted than the Camaro. Not really.

The ride over bumps and some rough patch of road as a bit more noticable, but the car is able to be thrown into a corner and has so much poise and nimbleness.
