Your info is about the same on mine It showes invoiced 6/11 shipped 6/11 estimated delivery 6/24

I hope yours is right because that would mean production to the extreme!!! But, unfortunetly from readind this awsum forum all day and all night I have come to the conclusion that your VIN is incorrect... Soory good friend! Maybe you should call a few more dealers that are on this forum and are very cool and willing to help you out... If all else fails, WE HAVE CAMAROSCOTTY...

Alright - finally an update from the salesman.

Sorry for all the confusion. The VIN he gave me looked strange when he first gave it and that's why I asked him to double check the first couple times. He gave me the wrong VIN.

To RedRaider - the Cobalt SS comment killed me!

Anyways, the correct VIN, produced on June 9th was 16948

My dealer told me mine was invoiced on 6/9 and was # 16452.

Way Too Hi....I just got my VIN from DBC this am They said it came off the line Saturday and was in Final inspection today. See sig for VIN.

20,000 maybe tomorrow probably 460 to 480 a day. Do the math....

Don't jump on me here but pretty sure it would be 12 days since they have a Saturday shift.

Also thought I had read somewhere that the Camaros used to have one shift a day but are now 2 a day. Wouldn't that double production to around 800 per day? Have to double check with The Mole.

It still seems kind of high but they should be hitting the 20+K vins this week.

A9117891 was built Friday -- has not updated with what was built Saturday as of yet.

I originally ordered through a dealer on May 27,2009 who told me they had allocations left. I placed my $1000.00 deposit down and I got all the required paperwork together as far as MSRP and the rest of it..The dealer told me my vehicle was ordered.. New to the process I was unaware of the order number..It is now June 15, 2009 and I contacted my dealer who stated the salesman I was dealing with is on vacation. I talked to the sales manager and asked him for my order number for tracking purposes, he told me they did not have any allocations and he would call me when one becomes available. I stated to him that I was told by him that the car was ordered and he corrected my in telling me that it was not...HUH???? I have been one of the patient ones who have allowed time to pass without driving my dealer nuts. I understand fellow Camaro owners have waited a long time for thier forever cars!!! I am willing to wait, but when I hand someone $1000.00 for a deposit, they tell me its ordered and then 2 weeks later, to be told that they did not have any allocations is just pure I am getting ready to spend close to 40K for my forever car and this is how GM wants me to remember this process!!! I am ready to order from another dealer, is that the right move? Thanks to you all that have gone through this before, now its my turn, I guess. Any dealers out there that want my business???? Looking for one that is upfront and no smoke machines!!! Heading up to Indiana/Michigan at the end of July beginning of Aug...will pick up and drive home...will only pay MSRP... Mine rolled off the line on 6/9 (16429). I'd be hard pressed to think they cranked out five thousand more in less than a week.....
