Rear tail light bezzels

I ordered rear tail light bezzels to be painted flat black from CLEAN CUT CREATIONS. MISTAKE. Not only were they overpriced....But they messed up my order by sending me two left inner pieces and no outer left piece. After I installed everything and had to remove them again. I called them twice and also e mailed them. No response. So I called again and was told that they did not have a replacement for me right away and I would not get one till the following week. Somewhere towrds the end of the week. The qaulity of the work was not impressive either. So after that I was not satisfied with the answer and sent another email explaining my frustration. I got a call back from Joann and she gave me the same speech. I tried to see if there was something they could do to discount the order, but no. So I have decided to return everything. They then told me that all my shipping costs would not be reimburssed and that the parts need to be inspected. At the end of the day no sorry for the inconvenience we casued you and Fed Ex gets richer. As for the stock bezzels, I painted them myself and they look even better than theirs.
