I don't understand why people who aren't tracking their Camaros are leaving the stock pads because they are pretty solid all around. If you don't like the harmonic balancers, I guess I understand.

Hawk 5.0 pads, Morris two pc front and oem rear rotors are a great combo for street, auto x and light riadciurse duty. Pads have Low dust and no noise

The reason I went with the Hawks (Ceramics) is low brake dust. The stock pads are good but they make a lot of dust. The Hawks didn't start making noise until a year later. I thinking it's more rotor than pad.
