Hood vents look cool. Do they provide a function or is it strictly styling?

Oh and Joe how much is that clear bra install costing you? I've heard prices from $200-500 for stuff like that.
Seriously? Check the calendar at ace5.org.

Padre wouldn't do a peel-and-stick mod. Those are functional. If they don't make him go faster, it's not going on the car.

Damn straight.

Heck, even my rosary on the rear-view mirror is functional: it's a "g-detector", short for "OMG-we're-going-too-fast-detector".

Yeah, the roll-cage and 5-point harnesses tend to have that effect. And the noise too, I suppose.

You are more apt to get a door ding parking with spectators than you are in the car show parking lot. The people at the car show don't want door dings nor do they want to mess their door up dinging yours.

yea but I don't wanna pay to put a stock car in a car show.

I might just go in the truck.

Where do the taters park anyway? The hotel lot isn't HUGE or anything, but it's pretty big.

You aren't just paying for the car show....you're paying for your credentials, little dash plaque thingy, a few other items, along with other show expenses that help it be a nice show.

I'd imagine spectators just park in the main hotel lot that is open on the other side.

Ok, Ok

Now that I think about it some more, we was unloading the car and fer some reason the Air Bag went off causing me to mash the pedal to the metal and the car ran up the ramps and jumped over the cab, reeling off about 10 miles on the odometer and landed on the curb.
Skeared the hell out of me!
Yeah, that's what I'm going with!
