Those that are lowered - what low profile jack are you using?
Those that are lowered - what low profile jack are you using and what jack points are you using?
I picked up a low profile jack, but it still rounds up and I have problems getting it under the front part of the car (behind the front wheels). I find I have to jack it up from the back a little to get some additional clearance and then go to the front .. Just wondering what all jacks you all that are lowered are using and where you are putting the jack on the car. Crowley

I drive up on some homemade race ramps to get the extra height, but I'll be getting a set of real ones in the future. Here is a link.

I use Race Ramps. I bought the two-piece ones, and have no problem getting lowered cars off the ground. A buddy with a C6 that is lowered as low as it will go drives right up without issue.

I drive mine up on a 2X8 for each tire (all 4).. so my low profile jack fits under the car when the 18" race tires wheels are on the car.
I cut all the ends of the 2X8 on a 30 deg. angle so they won't kick up. They are now standard equipment always in the race trailer.. My $800.00 low profile Brunnhoelzl race jack clears with the 19" wheels, but not the 18's... |

+1 for Race ramps. They have so many options, are super light and very reasonably priced. www.raceramps.com

Bought my low profile jack from Summit for like $220.00 shipped. Saw Harbor Frieght has a comparable one for $120.00 with an online coupon.

Got the US General low profile jack from harbor freight. Works great with lowered cars.

Hell, I just bought a regular 2 1/4 ton jack and drive my car up on spare wood fence planks to get the clearance I need. Takes 2 planks on each of the front wheels then it rolls under perfectly.

Trying to find a nice cheap one locally. Either that or my next step is ramps. Since its getting cold here it might just wait till next year.

I jack up the back put the jack stands in place on both sides...then jack up the front...takes a little extra time but beats the cost of buying a new jack....
