Thank-you. I think so too I wanted to buy a 1LE when I was looking. Had to settle on the regular SS. It's getting there somewhat! Definitely going to need better shocks/struts to pair with the springs and eventually upgrade the trailing arms but good for now.. I want some power now!!! |

This stance and angle is hot...
Very nice looking car... You’re about where I was 9 years ago... it’s an addiction...

Wasnt by choice, I had Bilsteins all the way around, one of them blew out after 20k miles,I couldn't afford them again. $216 per front strut. 1LE cost me $75 a piece. I'm not racing so I don't notice an imbalance. The Bilsteins rode better though. If you can afford them they are better than 1LE dampeners.

I need to do the rear conversion. I have 2010 rear sway, stock links. Stiffened it up, but I don't feel stable at higher speeds. Also need either coils or new shock/strut upgrade. |

So I installed the Solo HFC's and I was expecting a bit more. They are a bit more throaty and revvy at higher rpm.
What sound effect will adding a straight thru x pipe have? Reason I never did, was I love the decel pop. Don't want to lose that. Here is a sound clip. https://youtu.be/Q2IAtgt4B9o Last edited by rich2342; 04-26-2020 at 08:23 AM. |

It sure is.. If I could freely spend my money and time, I would kill to have it set up for HPDE. I did a few with another car (350z) and it was most fun I've ever had. These springs on stock shocks/struts aren't going to cut it. Just ok for now. |

How do feel about gears... I have to find someone reliable around here for those. Probably the 3.91 set that Jennety sells. Does anyone else know what parts are needed for the 3.91's or is easier to source a 1LE pumpkin? Are they the same? I have heard that the 1LE doesn't gain the same torque advantage that the SS does by adding the 3.91's |
