I'm going thru the same issues for some Pfadt coilovers paid right away but no shipping yet it's been almost a week

Yeah its a bit sketchy and the price was very low for a new set...

I started the dispute process and I'm glad I did because it cannot be upgraded to a claim for 20 days. They give the person that time to ship out. So I'm a minimum of 20-25 days out from getting a refund if it comes to that. So I'll still be able to scoop a different set just in time for spring.

Nice ride by the way. Yeah I don't want to get to the point if doing a claim but I feel I been ignored I mean I paid a big amount and right away and I get no response on my emails , messages etc.

I'll wait a bit and if not I'll do the claim as well

Thanks dude, yours is sick too! And yeah I paid within like an hour of the thread even being posted and I have definitely been ignored. There is a way of doing things and I have been selling on the internet for years with no issues with my buyers. When someone heavily communicates up until the point they receive my money and then disappears, the flag is raised.

We sent about 12 emails back and forth before I paid. He responded very promptly and right after payment said "Payment received. I will ship them out tomorrow and forward you tracking info.

Sent from my iPhone".

So the two follow up emails went straight to his phone. I still have not heard anything from him either after multiple attempts to contact. As far as I'm concerned I have been robbed at this point and I'm glad I opened the claim. I'm sure Paypal will quickly side with me and I'll have my cash back in a few weeks, just in time to order a new set for spring.
EDit: Oh wow apparently I can escalate to a claim right now. I'll wait until Wednesday to give this guy some final chance.
