Tire Pressure

Howdy. My 2SS just had it's first servicing and all the tires came back at ~30psi instead of the 36psi they were. They also put a sticker on my windshield telling me to change my oil and get my tires rotated in 3,000 more miles. My low tire pressure lights keep coming on, and my Onstar email is saying I need to inflate my tires.

The manual says to check the tires on one page, and on another says to check the label attached to the vehicle. Where is this label?

I'm using stock tires. What pressures should the front and back be?

Thanks,

The change in the weather will cause your tire pressure to change-Look on the inside of the front door frame, there should be a label there displaying the correct tire pressures.

36 front and 36 back. Your car holds 8 quarts of oil and has an oil life indicator in the drivers information center. You should have synthetic oil in your car. Change it when the change oil message appears. They are just trying to make money off of you.

Thanks! Appreciate it. I am unsure they are being venal and seedy. They might just have made a lot of mistakes.

well, not entirely true about the rotating of the tires. since these tires are not uni-directional they can be swapped side to side. just not front to back.

and I do agree about the place, I would check to make sure you received the right amount of oil. did you take it to the dealership?

Are you sure???? It doesn't say anywhere on the tire that they are directional. I think they can be swapped from side to side. Where did you get this information from?

It might say it in the manual but it doesn't say it on the tires and tire makers must put that on the tires. Directional tires have an arrow on them showing they can only travel in one direction on the road surface. I am sticking to they can be swapped.
