New 4.11's installed Thanks Jannetty

First off I would like to thank Ted and his group for doing a great job on the gear swap . Took about 2 hours of remove and replace the unit on my part, about 45min out and a little over an hour back in. Programmed the pcm for the new gears so the speedo was on track. I have to say that rowing through the gears is so much better with the 4.11 and GM SHOULD make this an option, but it is what it is. Car feels so much stronger and stays in the power in every gear. With that being said I'm going to have to wait a while until the unit if fully broken in at around 500 miles or so, change the fluid and off to the track to hopefully see the difference (driver needs practice.)

What did you use to program the ECM for the speedometer update ?.

How much more noise do you hear with these gears?

A properly installed set of gears should not make enough noise to hear in the cabin..

I used HP Tuners software to calibrate the speedo. There is very little whine and I only drove it about 5 miles after install, after the 500 mile break in there should be no whine whatsoever. Very happy with Jannetty's set up

150 miles to go on the break in which seems forever driving in the NYC Metro area, its like a war zone with rutted roads here. I plan to do a diff flush and refill this saturday.

Add solid diff bushings and other bushings from a race car then remove the shield and add a single piece driveshaft and the noise is insane. Unbearable on the parkway for more than 10 minutes.

Gonna plan around taming this down so customers dont freak out when they drive our test car. Feels incredible otherwise. I honestly think the swap on the diff bushings to normal poly will help alot.

Did the digital speedometer get corrected as well?

Cool...I'm in line for this next month, ording from JRE but doing the diff swap and installed at a different shop. Are you taking the car back after 500 miles or changing the diff fluid yourself?

Everything was right on after the calibration, digital would read 50 and the dial also read 50...I have about another 400miles to put on in order to break it in right and change out the fluid

I'm on the fence with either 373 or 411's so hopfully you all can let me know if the noise is unbearable or not.
