honestly it depends on what application you want the power for. but none of the solutions are cheap.

Its true I have no idea .

Seriously want to know the answers.
Whats the cost of a properly set up system ?
How much does it cost to fill a tank ?
How long does a tank last ?
Is it an off / on switch only?
Can it be modulated to give partial boost at lower rpm ?

Since every time I drive the car I want to get on it , seems like the long term cost of NOS would start to add up .

Headers increased the torque curve thru the rpm range .

At 300 miles I bought a Cold air kit and a Tune to get the transmission to act like a performance car.
Seemed like a great Bang for the Buck at the time.
Headers and Corsa exhaust were expensive , but sure makes it more enjoyable to hear and drive.

From a few minutes of research.

$800 + for quality parts ... slightly cheaper than good headers.

Need a custom tune ... so do headers.

Only works when ativated... Headers are always on.

System needs to be activate before use, some need a heater.

$3-5 everytime you push the go button... headers pay once , enjoy forever.

50-100- hp available on stock engine .... headers only about 30 hp

you get what you pay for ... adding horsepower to a camaro is a process. The process is simple. Phase 1 .. Air in Air out . CAI and long tubes acomplishes that. After that, save up some more money and go to phase 2, burning more fuel. Thats when it starts to get complicated. DONT SKIP PHASE 1.
