I'm not sure why but my computer keeps telling me that the pdf download has a virus in it and it keeps deleting the file. Anyone else getting this message?

Big news! Chevrolet Performance is bringing a truckload of parts and accessories to Camaro5 Fest this week, including the new Camaro 1LE Track Pack suspension system and ZL1 brake kits for SS and V-6 models! We’re also handing out installation coupons to registered participants so when you purchase select Chevrolet Performance Parts or Accessories, installation is included! The offer is good August 1 to September 3 on eligible components purchased on-site at Camaro5Fest or at your local Chevrolet Dealer. See coupon for complete details.

Chevrolet dealers will have technicians on hand to perform the installations on select components at Camaro5 Fest. We’re not talking about crate-engine installs, but you can drop off your car, go watch the action on the track or show field and come back to pick up your Camaro with newly installed performance and accessory components.

For the registered participants, make sure you get your copy of the special 2013 Chevrolet Performance Camaro5Fest catalog and installation coupon when checking in at the show. You’ll be able to check out the parts in person and speak with knowledgeable Chevrolet Performance specialists before you buy!

Our newest production-based Camaro parts and accessories include:

• Camaro interior and exterior accessories
• 1LE Track Pack with solid stabilizer bars, ZL1 wheel bearing, toe links and more
• 1LE strut tower brace
• 1LE PCV valve – helps ensure oil separation & drain back during high-load cornering
• ZL1 brake kits for SS and V-6 cars
• ZL1 short-throw shifter, low-restriction air filter and fuel pump
• ZL1 rear driveline system – which includes the super-strong 9.9-inch cast iron diff and asymmetrical half-shafts (for off-highway use only, not eligible for coupon offer)

It’s a great opportunity! Come by the big Chevrolet tent to check out the parts and get complete details on what’s eligible. See you in Indianapolis!
After you buy this cool stuff, grab Scott and drag him to the CamaroCross. We have a car with his name on it

Anyway to get an idea on pricing for the 1LE track pack? I would like to go for this but budgeting would require some idea before the fest. Also will they be installing the 1LE track pack at the fest? and if not how would you know what dealers are participating in the program? Hopefully these questions can be answered so I may be on my way to some upgrades.

Send a message via MSN to Scott@Bjorn3D
My dealer will sell me the track pack for 1500.00 so there is a rough price.

I've seen the 1LE package at $1298.88 with free shipping. Will be on display at the show but no installs for it.

So I know I'm going to get flack for this, but asking it anyway:

Will installing any of these parts void our warranty? For example, a V6 wants to get the ZL1 brakes installed - would that void the suspension portion of the car's warranty?

OR, will the parts themselves come with a GMPP warranty?

A good question. Answer: The ZL1 brake kit and 1LE suspension kit do not void your vehicle's warranty when installed by the dealer. So you can upgrade your V6 or SS Camaro into a great track car with ZL1 brakes and a 1LE suspension.

When will pricing be available for the catalog for everybody else?

Dustin this is John Cox from Chevrolet Performance & Accessories. There will be a dealer onsite to do installs. It will be up to the dealer whether they have the ability to schedule in this long of an install with all they have going on. We fully expect most dealers to participate and with supplies limited it may make sense to purchase at the event and then take them back to your dealer if the dealer onsite cannot do the install.

This seems like a great way for GM to field the message they are fielding performance out to the street level. Is this typical for GM to do at Corvette gatherings and it is being introduced here as an extension, or is this an all new approach (to offer the installs during an event)?

I know there are a lot of dealers who do these type upgrades, but it's nice to see GM installing at functions!

As with any install, it is recommended you stay with your vehicle and enjoy watching your ride get refreshed!
