SO, yes, if someone is not ready to make the plunge into a full on CAI system, this is the quickest and cheapest increase in HP and you can do it yourself in 3 minutes. More posts coming soon with my new found sound and power! :>) eB

Also while we're waiting con somebody educate a noob a little? Installing one of these does not effect the warranty does it? If I just hit 1500 miles should I wait a little bit to install? And last, if I live in the Northeast is the Injen a bad idea since the filter hangs too close to the road? Thanks all.

I love my Flowmasters! I was out to IMS for NASCAR practice and the allowed about 500 of us Camaro and Corvette owners to take to the track. A lot of people came to look at my car and loved the way it looked and sounded with the exhaust. I looked at them all, the sound clips and video and it came down to Flowmaster as the one of choice. I'm not pimping it as some pimp MRT but I do like this exhaust. The video on install is as simple as its displayed. I'm no mechanic and I did mine at my work garage with some help from our automotive mechanic who handles our patrol cars over his lunch hour. I was on last night and I'm starting to hear rumblings that the MRT has a drone issue. Several are chiming in on this matter. All I can say is I'm not test mule for anyone, get no freebies or kickbacks and I love my exhaust! I think you will feel the same once you get it.
