That is simply because the Volt is currently limited to just a few markets since the dealers/utility companies have to support installation of the electrical charging station.

Too bad, that would have been a nice additional car. But hey, I would get the ZR1 anyway!

(1): OnStar Button: At any time during the Promotion Period, push the blue OnStar button inside your vehicle to speak to a live OnStar representative who will enter you into the Sweepstakes.
RED EMERGENCY BUTTON AND WHITE HANDS-FREECALLING BUTTON PRESSES WILL NOT ENTER YOU INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Rental cars, fleet vehicles or vehicles with analog hardware are not eligible to enter by pushing their blue OnStar button and must enter via entry method

(2) Alternate Means of Entry: Hand-print your complete name, address, city, state, zip/postal code, email address, date of birth and
